Letters and notes on art prints are provided by artists with the standard and premium tier subscriptions, and their translation are performed by humans. It is not produced by a translation application or artificial intelligence.
My brother learned Spanish during a church mission in Bolivia, and he will be providing the first language translation service. The translation fee for a subscriber is $1 to pay for his labor.
If you would like to request for artist’s messages to be translated in your language, you can indicate the language that you would like translated in the contact form, and I will work on finding more translators as waitlists gather.

Artists love to hear from their fans, and the correspondence kit will make writing back to the artist more convenient. The kit includes paper, an envelope, and a stamp.
A correspondence kit is a $1 add-on for both standard and premium tier subscriptions. As the logistics of purchasing international stamps is unrealistic, the 50¢ international correspondence kit excludes the stamp.
Please write both the name of the artist and your own on the letter. Send the letter to the business P.O. Box found on the contact page, and the letter will be forwarded to the artist.

No. We promise that we will never deliver any art produced, augmented, or influenced by artificial intelligence.

Yes. Alex Hicken Studio provides collaboration opportunities for international artists. We would have to work through a details privately.

I contacted an Etsy vendor that sells leather envelopes which would fit the prints, storing them in an elegant way, but the samples that I ordered has not arrived yet. I don’t know if I can recommend him yet.

You can order individual prints from this website.

Prints of an artist are printed and shipped all at once. Your subscription at check out date do not prompt shipment.

I do not have an external storage of your data. All the information that you enter on this website is stored in SquareSpace’s industry-standard encrypted servers.

No. International subscribers are responsible for any customs duties. Your local postal service will notify you of them before delivery.

You can update your shipping address in the account after logging into alexhicken.studio website; however, if you have multiple subscriptions, you would have to update each subscription. This is a policy of SquareSpace. Each subscription is a separate contract; furthermore, a shipping address update on a SquareSpace account does not update the ongoing subscriptions.

If you log in to your account at the top right, you can manage your subscriptions in your Customer Dashboard. If you don’t think that you have an account, you may have subscribed in guest mode. An account will automatically be created if you attempt to sign in with the email address that you subscribed with.

I am sorry. SquareSpace does not have a pause subscription option. You will need to cancel and subscription again when you are ready.
